Tube in industrial equipment
Industrial tube parts tend to be larger in diameter, thicker in wall and loaded by pressure or fatigue. TONG DA cold roll closing has no weld seam and a thickened wall at the closure, which suits these parts; grooving, inner grooving and cutting are done with rollers, chip-free.

When a standard machine is not enough
For diameters beyond the standard range, very heavy walls, or several operations combined in one machine, TONG DA designs a special purpose machine to the drawing; design, build and trial run take place in our Tainan plant. Large-diameter and heavy-wall stainless jobs have been done in production and can be trialed on samples.
